こんにちは! I really enjoyed seeing everyone's posts last week! For my post this week, I wanted to share two Japanese songs that I have known and enjoyed for many years. They have very different styles, but they are both favorites of mine. The first song is " Senkyaku Banrai" (千客万来) by MIYAVI and DAOKO , which was used as the theme song for the movie Diner . MIYAVI is a Japanese musician known for his "slap" style guitar playing, and I really like how his energetic guitar blends with DAOKO's vocals in this particular song. The song itself is very fast-paced, and the music video is incredibly colorful and stylized. I find the rhythm and the flow of the Japanese lyrics really catchy. The second song is "Whiteness ~Yuki no Kubikazari~" (Whiteness ~雪の首飾り~) by the band LAREINE . This song belongs to the Visual Kei genre (of which I am a big fan), which is famous for its elaborate costumes and theatrical themes. The title translates to "Snow Necklace....
